1. Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us immediately at shop@pixelmatesarcades.com. Include photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering replacement parts under our 2-year warranty or processing a return and refund.

2. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@pixelmatesarcades.com. Once we’ve received your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Returned items must be in their original condition and include proof of purchase.

Please note:

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.
• Non-returnable items: Custom-built arcade machines or products made specifically to your specifications are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at shop@pixelmatesarcades.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Items must be returned in their original condition. You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
